OUR SAFETY PROTOCOL
IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Please keep in mind that we have a very diverse clientele. We are implementing these safety measures to keep everyone safe. Our client's health and safety is our #1 priority.
What we are asking of you:
Contact us immediately if anyone in your home is contacted by tracers, has tested positive for covid-19 or is experiencing any symptoms associated with the virus. We will discuss rescheduling your appointment after the person has been symptom free for more than 14 days along with a negative test result.
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a reminder call or text an hour before your scheduled time. When you get this call/text please unlock your door and leave payment on the piano if you are not paying electronically. We will call or text to let you know we have arrived and are entering the house. We ask that you do not let us in or make physical contact with us during the appointment.
Please do not enter the room or allow children and/or pets to enter the room while we are servicing the piano. If you'd like to ask us any questions about the piano, please call or text us at 225-636-7123.
If you will be within 15ft of us at anytime, PLEASE wear a mask AND keep your distance.
After the service is complete, we will notify you by text/call that we are finished to receive electronic payment. If you choose to pay by check, please leave it on the piano or somewhere we can pick it up before we arrive for the appointment. We are only accepting non-contact payments. You can send payment via PayPal or Zelle with no fee. Credit card payments are charged a 3% processing fee using Square.
We do apologize if any of the above requests cause an inconvenience.
Thanks in advance for your patience & understanding during this very challenging time for our small business.
What we are doing:
Wearing filtered masks and sanitizing our hands frequently at every appointment.
(We will wear gloves and shoe coverings at your request.)
Cleaning and sanitizing piano keys before and after each service call.
Sanitizing tools between appointments.
Using extreme distancing measures to keep everyone safe.
Receiving electronic payments if you choose not to leave a check.
Cancelling all appointments if either of us receive a call from contact tracers, tests positive, feels ill or shows any signs of illness.
Keeping everyone safe and healthy to best of our ability while giving your piano the best care possible.
