OUR SAFETY PROTOCOL
IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
DPS has received our 1st round of vaccines! We have loosened our protocol.
DPS will lift all protocols after our 2nd vaccinations.
We are still offering non-contact appointments.
What we are asking of you:
Please contact us if anyone in your home has tested positive for covid-19 or is experiencing any symptoms associated with the virus. We will discuss rescheduling your appointment after the person has been symptom- free for more than 10 days.
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a reminder call or text an hour before your scheduled time. When you get this call/text please remove all items from the top/lid of the piano and leave payment on the piano if you are not paying electronically.
Please do not allow unmasked adults or children to enter the room while we are servicing the piano.
If you will be within 6ft of us at any time, please wear a mask and keep your distance.
After the service is complete, we will accept your electronic payment. If you choose to pay by check, please leave it on the piano or somewhere we can pick it up. We are only accepting non-contact payments. You can send payment via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle with no fee. Credit card payments are charged a 3% processing fee using Square.
We do apologize if any of the above requests cause an inconvenience.

What we are doing:
Wearing filtered masks and sanitizing our hands frequently at every appointment.
(We will wear gloves and shoe coverings at your request.)
Cleaning piano keys before and after each service call.
Using CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe.
Receiving electronic payments if you choose not to leave a check.
Canceling all appointments if either of us receives a call from contact tracers, tests positive, feels ill or shows any signs of illness.
Keeping everyone safe and healthy to the best of our ability while giving your piano the best care possible.
